Come join our fast growing team looking to add a positive hard-working individual to the team.Apply Nowmelissa.cumetti@randstad.capatrick.pepin@randstad.caAdvantages- Company office is located in Vaudreuil- Permanent full time Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM window, flexible working hours- Negotiable Salary- Gym on site- Have your own desk- Dental/Medical benefit package- RSP package- Vacation package (negotiable) / 5 sick days- Very flexible environment, great team environment- Full training of computer system and tasksResponsibilities- Coordination and optimizing delivery schedules- Scheduling pick-up and delivery appointments for drivers- Finding the best carriers for our clients and the best rates, manage the carrier relations- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assist customers with freight-related needs and questions- Updating customer web portables with up-to-date information on deliveries- Responding to email and phone for freight requests- Preparation of operating documents for drivers, invoices, ensure all billing and driver information is accurate- Updating/tracking shipments- Driver follow-up- Customs duties / clearances- Assist with various tasksQualifications- 3 years experience in transport industry asset based - Bilingualism is preferred but open to English with functional French- Customer service oriented- Entrepreneurial energy- Team player- Positive attitudes- Organizational skillsSummaryAt Randstad, we're here to help you find the combination that's right for you.
