Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Senior Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting infrastructure division.  Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site  Monitor project costs and schedules, including labor, equipment, materials, and subtrade expenses, and review accruals with the Project Manager regularlyMaintain and manage project documentation, including drawings, revisions, site instructions, change orders, and QA/QC records for testing and inspectionsEnsure compliance with technical standards, codes, and specifications throughout all phases of the projectAssist with financial processes, such as payroll coding, cost allocation, progress invoicing, and status reportingSupport estimating and project planning activities, including estimate reviews, costing, and schedule updates The Right Tools for the Job Formal education in Construction Management or a related field4–5 years of construction experience, preferably on civil projectsExperience working with a General Contractor, with strong knowledge of construction management for civil projectsProficiency in MS Office Suite and MS Project, with experience in InEight considered an assetKnowledge of applicable codes, standards, and technical specifications to ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle CompensationSalary Range $80,000 to $100,000 per annumSalary will commensurate with education and experienceExcellent Flexible Health & Dental benefits plan3 to 5 weeks of vacation per year, with credit for prior industry experienceBe an Owner, Not Just an Employee: Join a 100% employee-owned company where your contributions directly shape success and your future#LI-Onsite #LI-FullTime  Lay the Foundation for Your Next Career Move.
