**Location**: Virtual, with occasional travel and in-person meetings

An estimated million Canadians are connected to the GotoDoctor healthcare ecosystem.
**Key Responsibilities1. Project Coordination & Support**
- Assist in organizing project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items.
- Follow instructions provided by the Project Manager and senior leadership with high accuracy.
- Ensure all project tasks are completed on schedule.
**2. Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and issue logs.
- Update project trackers, dashboards, and internal systems to reflect real-time progress.
- Prepare summaries and progress updates for internal and external stakeholders.
**3. Testing & Quality Assurance**
- Perform functional testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and end-to-end workflow validation for new features, portals, and integrations.
- Document bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues clearly with screenshots and steps to reproduce.
- Work closely with developers to verify fixes and confirm that updates meet project requirements.
**4. Communication & Collaboration**
- Serve as a central coordination point between operations, technology, and partner teams.
- Ensure project updates, requirements, and instructions are communicated clearly.
- Escalate issues, delays, or risks to the Project Manager promptly.
**5. Administrative & Operational Support**
- Assist with scheduling, resource planning, and project logistics.
- Manage project documentation libraries and maintain version control.
- Support process improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for workflow optimization.
**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication skills — written and verbal - required
- Bilingual - preferred
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - required
- 1 year of experience in project coordination, preferably in healthcare, technology, or SaaS environments. - required
- 1 year of experience in coordinating meetings and taking minutes involving senior stakeholders - required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work diligently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and execute tasks accurately.
- Experience with software testing, UAT, or quality assurance is an asset.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello), MS Office, and communication tools (Teams/Slack).

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
