Position: Bilingual Client Service ConsultantDuration: 3 month contract with the possibility of extension or permanency Availability: 7am - 7pm Monday to FridaySalary: $20/hrLocation: Hybrid - Office located in Mississauga near SquareOne for training and team events Advantages- Hybrid work opportunity - mostly remote - Onsite hands-on team training for 3 days in Mississauga- $20/hourly, paid weekly- Equipment provided- Great work-life balance, shifts between 7 am - 7 pm Monday to Friday- No nights or weekends- Opportunity to be a part of an excellent organization, with a collaborative culture, focused on investment in their employees- Opportunity for contract extension or permanency Responsibilities- Handling high volume inbound registration and other inquiries from Members of the association, at times handling tough conversations- Managing certifications, member inquiries over the phone (most of the time), and occasionally over email, in regards to a variety of matters, including payments for membership, etc- Maintaining/logging member information on the system in an efficient and timely manner- Ability to multitask between calls and system handling- Working collaboratively with stakeholders, partners, and colleagues in other departments to ensure seamless interaction with members and clients.Qualifications- Must be fluent in French and English - Excellent oral and written communication skills- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment- 1+ year of call centre experience, 60+ calls per day- Strong typing/keyboarding abilities- Have access to a reliable WI-FI connection. - Must have a private, designated home office space- Ability to attend frequent in office days with the team in Mississauga SummaryIf you're a skilled customer service professional with call center experience and eager to make a difference we want to hear from you.
