Position SummaryNorthern Health is looking for an experienced, highly efficient, and self-directed Admin Services Assistant. In accordance with vision, mission, values and strategic priorities of Northern Health and reporting to the Director/Executive Lead or designate, the Administrative Assistant provides confidential administrative assistance and secretarial support to the Director/Executive Lead or designate and programs/services throughout the applicable Health Service Delivery Area (HSDA)/Region or Corporate Department of Northern Health (NH). Triages information of a sensitive and confidential nature, coordinates the flow of information, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of administrative services, and keeps the Director/Executive lead or designate apprised of issues and activities. Interacts primarily with director/managers and their administrative support staff throughout the HSDA/Region and across NH to professionally represent the Director’s/Executive Lead interests, share information, clarify details and answer questions. Works independently and communicates with internal and external stakeholders/customers in a manner that promotes positive and respectful relationships.Starting salary will be approximately from $48,476 to $60,594 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions.
