What you'll do Responsibilities What You'll Do:Assist with creating and updating agent schedules under guidance.Help monitor attendance and schedule adherence.Collect and organize data for workforce and performance reports.Perform basic reporting and assist in identifying trends and patterns in contact center data.Support analytics initiatives by preparing summaries and insights to help optimize service levels.Support the preparation of basic KPI dashboards and summaries.Participate in real-time monitoring by flagging service level issues to the team.Contribute to ad-hoc projects related to workforce optimization and reporting.Assist with emails as needed. What you'll need Qualifications Strong interest in workforce planning, data analysis, or customer service operations.Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic reporting tools.Good organizational skills and attention to detail.Effective communication skills for working in a team environment.Familiarity with Excel or similar tools.Education and Requirements:Currently studying post-secondary education in IT, Business, BI Reporting, Sales, QA Testing, or another related field.Must be 19 years of age or older by start date.Must reside in Atlantic Canada.Recruitment Process: Over the past few years, we have embraced meaningful changes in our workplace, including enhancements to our hiring practices.
