This position reports to the Program Manager. Summary of Duties: Inputting purchase order and sales order information into MRP system. Ensuring the accuracy of customer product configuration matrices and generate invoices based on purchase orders. Maintaining records and files for open and closed customer orders with an organized system that is easily accessible. Providing the Customer with spares & rework quotations. Providing support to the Accounting group for Intercompany billing and assisting with A/R collections as required. Processing sales order & issuing invoices for Intercompany orders. Providing Product Support services to the Customer with the support or Program Management (if required). Qualifications: Education: Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial aircraft interior or equivalent experience is preferred. Computer Skills: Operating System® & Office XP® required and able to learn other programs. Other Skills: Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills. Support Sales and Prize Expense Targets: Maximize the number of attractive offerings for sale on the daily list. Seek new market opportunities. Stakeholder Support: Be resourceful and knowledgeable in handling all internal requests for information in an accurate and timely manner. Issue Management: Be able to report on and manage issues as they arise through to completion (using documented procedures when available) using good judgement on how when and to whom to elevate. THE ROLE The Canadian Forces Sports Manager will plan, research, develop, implement, coordinate and manage the operations and delivery of sports programs for the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) Sports program, develop, amend, implement and interpret national/regional/international sports policies and procedures for the CAF and evaluate, develop and implement policy amendments regarding program liability. The Canadian Forces Sports Manager will develop, recommend and implement policies for ethical conduct and anti‑doping regulations in sports, and oversee the conduct, evaluate the operation, and recommend corrective procedures for CAF national/regional/international sports programs. QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED Education, Certifications and Licenses Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Administration, Recreation, Exercise Sciences or a related field, AND some years of experience in sports and recreation administration or in a related field. OR College diploma or certificate in Physical Education, Sports Administration, Recreation Management or a related field, AND several years of experience in sports and recreation administration or in a related field. AND Current National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) Level 3 Theory and Technical certification. Experience Planning and coordinating the operations and delivery of sports programs at the national or international level. Applying policies, procedures and regulations. Coordinating leagues, tournaments and championships. Coordinating logistical support for sport venues. Designing high performance training programs for coaches, managers, athletes and officials. Budget administration. Personnel administration. Coaching sports. Officiating sports. Planning and conducting presentations.
