Site Manager

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, the Site Manager is responsible and accountable for efficient and effective site operations and integrated service delivery by some or all service lines at a large site with complex programs. The Site Manager plans, organizes, manages, oversees, and controls site operations while delivering the assigned programs. The incumbent ensures overall compliance with policies and procedures, identifies, tracks, reports on and mitigates service delivery risks, and manages the Client-Partner relationship. The incumbent also supports, promotes and provides input to regional and national objectives and initiatives. Leading and motivating a team of professionals, the Site Manager manages the human resources responsibilities for the site to optimize the use of employee skills and knowledge. The Site Manager also disseminates and ensures employees understand corporate and regional messages and ensures effective communication among employees, teams, and sites, and between the site and the service lines.
