La Roseraie, a friendly private residence for seniors located in Ste-Foy, is looking for a person to fill a full-time food aid position. Location Name : Roseraie Location City : Québec Job Status : Permanent: Full Time Job Schedule : Day time Hours per week : 40 Purpose of the position Schedule: Monday to Friday with every other weekendSalary: from $ per hour Specifically, your daily life with us will look like : Greet residents in the dining room and ensure they are comfortable Bring plates to tables and provide personalized service Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure good teamwork Perform other related duties Assist in ensuring resident and staff safety in the dinning room by enforcing compliance with health and safety standards Contribute to the teams efforts to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dinning room(s) Ensure the kitchen and equipment are kept clean according to established hygiene and cleanliness standards Wash dishes after each meal and store in appropriate places Clean kitchen equipment after each use (pots, stove, mixers etc.) Assemble plates of food Clean kitchen equipment Manning the warm table, help residences with their choices Supervise the preparation of cold meals and desserts Peel and cut vegetables for meals Be required to participate in the serving of meals and/or light housework when required The ideal person has : Customer service approach Have a strong interest in seniors Focused on teamwork and collaboration Ability to work under pressure Team spirit Required qualifications : Good sense of interpersonal communication Good team player What will you be offered : Free parking Meals in the dining room at $ Floating days off Social leave Vacation Social Club activities, gifts and substantial discounts Career Opportunity Welcome and integration Program A welcoming and tight-knit team COGIR Real Estate promotes access to equality in employment.
