Job Details Position: Dietary Aide (Permanent Part‑Time) – L10 Evenings (1:00 pm – 7:30 pm) – 35.00 hours in two weeks, 0.45 FTE, 5 shifts in 2 weeks Responsibilities The Dietary Aide prepares, handles, and serves food to residents and visitors in accordance with established standards, departmental procedures and time schedules. Responsibilities also include cleaning kitchen equipment, floors, and walls, operating the dishwasher and other machines, and portering the hot food carts. Qualifications A high school diploma is preferred. Food Safe Handling course is preferred. Food service or related hospitality courses are an asset. Experience in food service or the hospitality industry is preferred. A friendly disposition and good interpersonal and communication skills are preferred. The business language of the corporation is English. Knowledge of a second language would be an asset. Requirements Prior to Start Date A current and clear Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector Check obtained no more than 90 calendar days prior to the hire date. A tuberculosis screening completed no more than 12 months prior to the hire date. Posting Period From November 25, 2025 up to and including December 1, 2025.
