You will be the one to coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the effective distribution of FG/SLOB. A great asset for a Logistics Officer is their communication and negotiation skills. They are also well-versed in supply management principles and practices. The ideal candidate will have great record-keeping abilities and a customer-oriented approach.The goal is to ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency. 2. Responsibilities Coordinating and monitoring Logistics and depot operations. Ensuring premises, assets and communications are used effectively. Utilizing logistics IT to optimize documentation and transport procedures. Keep logs and records of depot stock, executed orders etc. Prepare MIS reports for management. Support during annual Audit In relation with CFA for day-to-day activities, SAP related queries, customer feedbacks & logistics complaints Bill booking and effecting the same for payment, maintaining NOC from vendors On-Time Vendor queries and addressal DGSA Responsibility Ensure legal compliances related to dangerous goods Ensure marking, Labelling and Placard Dangerous goods through 3rd party Ensure accuracy of transport Documents through CHA Security aspects related to FG storage and distribution Job Requirements Proven experience as logistics Experience in customer service will be appreciated. Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes with ownership.
