In this role, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting and executing high-quality paint jobs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive repair and a keen eye for detail.Key Responsibilities: Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, grinding, and masking to ensure a smooth finish Select and mix paint according to manufacturer specifications Apply paint, clear coats, and finishes using spray guns and other applications Inspect painted surfaces for imperfections and perform necessary touch-ups Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results Assist in other collision repair tasks as needed RequirementsQualifications and Requirements: Previous experience as an Auto Body Prepper and/or Painter Ability to comprehend and execute instructions from a detailed work order. Knowledge of auto body repair processes, painting techniques and safe working procedures.
