In 2023, we opened our first international sister location, Silver Springs, a boutique yoga and Pilates oasis in the heart of Los Angeles, and a new 25,000 sq.ft. immersive fitness & wellness hub in Toronto at The Well. We're now set to open our third location in Toronto in the prestigious Yorkville neighbourhood. About The Role: We are seeking a professional and dedicated Finance Manager who is passionate about growing the S&T brand through meaningful financial insights to drive action and decision making. Reporting to the Director of Finance, your primary job responsibilities will include: Financial Reporting Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages, including departmental and consolidated results. Develop and enhance advanced financial models and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and support executive decision-making. Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership by analyzing trends, variances, and performance drivers. Partner with department heads to identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue growth, and operational efficiency. Lead the continuous improvement of reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability across multiple business segments. Payroll: Execute end-to-end payroll processes, including collecting and verifying timesheets with department leads, calculating wages and consulting with department leads about any payroll discrepancies Submit payroll entries in a timely manner using ADP TeamPay. Maintain accurate and up to date employee payroll records, including start date, probationary periods, termination dates, requesting ROE’s, etc. Assist in administering employee benefits related to payroll such as monitoring eligibility for health insurance, calculating premiums, etc. Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll information, adhering to data protection regulations. Budgeting, Forecasting and Financial Planning: Assist with the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department leaders to align financial targets with strategic priorities. Manage rolling forecasts and long-term financial plans, providing scenario and sensitivity analyses to inform business strategy. Leadership and Collaboration: Manage, mentor, and develop members of the finance team to foster growth, accountability, and excellence. Collaborate cross-functionally with Studio Managers, Operations, Marketing, and other departments to ensure financial alignment with business objectives. Champion a culture of financial transparency and data-driven decision-making across the organization. Ad-hoc projects and financial analyses, as required. About You: 3 to 7 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, and/or other relevant business area. Degree in accounting or business/commerce, with preference for those who have completed or completing CPA designation. Strong knowledge of business fundamentals and analytical skills with ability to draw insights and convey complex information in a straightforward manner. Excellent organizational skills and ability to establish priorities with little direction in a fast-paced environment. Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel, financial modeling and Power BI. Self-motivated, team-oriented, strong communication skills and personally interested in health and fitness. Nice to have: software implementation experience with NetSuite and/or UKG.
