Working here is fast-paced, non-stop, and a little unpredictable—and we love it.Your area of focus.In this role, you will be responsible for executing sales objectives for vehicles while developing and implementing effective sales plans for your team. Key tasks include monitoring performance metrics, converting leads to sales, and enhancing client relationships to strengthen the dealership's market presence. You will also focus on team development, ensuring compliance with company policies, and promoting a safe work environment. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of automotive dealership sales management experience, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and a results-driven mindset. In addition, this role is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and acquiring quality used vehicles that meet the dealership's inventory needs and profitability targets. This role plays a critical part in inventory health, gross margin performance, and market competitiveness.
