The Inventory Integrity team will conduct daily cycle counts, conduct the first level analysis on overages and shorts, and update store leadership depending on variance value. Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:Execute cycle counts as per the plan for the store including scanning and reviewInvestigate over and shortages after completing countsPartners with Sellers and Sales Leaders (Sales Manager, Group Sales Manager, etc) to share results and develop specific action plans related to results from cycle countsThrough cycle count results, proactively identifies trends to develop action plans with the Supervisor to improve inventory accuracyMaintain documentation following cycle counts or adjustments as per processManages the cycle count equipmentSupports with various inventory investigations and analysis (i.e. negative on-hand report, hand keyed report, etc.)Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirementsEnsure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cyber security measures.The ideal candidate:High School Diploma3+ years retail experience, with specific knowledge in inventory awareness (receiving of goods, stock movements, inventory counts, sales)Strong attention to details and comfort in completing repetitive tasksAbility to problem-solve and comfortable resolving inventory issuesComfortable with inventory math, Excel, & OutlookExperience with SAP ECC, FIORI, & CTS App a plusThe measures of success:Improved inventory accuracy based on comparison YOY and improvements by departmentNumber of Cycle Counts conducted aligns with planned number of countsAction plans were designed and executed to address problem areasIndividual objectives linked to the achievement of department goalsReason: Existing VacancyHiring Range / Échelle salariale à l’embauche :$17.60 - $32.45 / 17,60$ - 32,45$ (per hour / de l’heure)Final compensation for this position will be determined based on the candidate's unique skills, expertise, individual qualifications, and assessed contributions to the role following the completion of the interview process.
