**About the role**:
The Inventory Associate is responsible for inventory movement, storage and accurate issuance of components, finished goods and packaging materials.

**This is a FT permanent Night Shift role; however, training will occur during the day shift (approximately 3 weeks until fully trained)**

**Night Shift Schedule: 7 pm - 5:30 am (Monday to Thursday)**

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Receive materials from IQA into inventory physically and record storage location in the ERP.
- Prepare and issue job kits according to the pick list and record issuance of materials on paper and in the ERP.
- Physically prepare and issue materials to production for floorstock. Record transaction in the ERP.
- Physically prepare and issue material requests to other departments. Record transaction in the ERP.
- Complete material dispositions as required through the document control process physically and in the ERP. Prepare Letter of Disposition for accounting.
- Participate in regular inventory counts, report variances and reconcile quantities.
- Create eNCRs for parts in inventory that are non-conforming; physically segregate non-conforming parts and put into the quarantine cage.
- Ensure inventory storage requirements are met including proper binning and labelling.
- Review picklists for accuracy and completeness before job file closure.
- Responsible for inventory preparation, issuance and accuracy for subcontract jobs.
- Adhere to and promote the adherence to all Corporate, Quality and Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Other duties as required.

**Required qualifications**:

- Completion of Secondary School
- Accurate and detail oriented
- Organized and can work under pressure
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Proficient in MS Office

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Some experience with ERP systems
- Previous inventory management or warehouse experience
