As we scale rapidly, we are looking for a Vehicle Inventory Associate to join our Production team. This role ensures accurate and detailed vehicle data is entered into our inventory system so every car meets Clutch’s quality and sales standards.What You’ll DoManually identify and capture features within vehiclesUse captured features to determine vehicle trim levelsCopy data from documents into our vehicle inventory system (CarFax information, vehicle specifications, recall information)Complete uploads for each vehicle in a fast‑paced, repetitive environmentCollaborate with production teams as needed (detailing, shuttling, inspections)Maintain accurate and organized records for inventory and reportingWhat We’re Looking ForEducation: High school diploma or equivalentLicense: Valid G2 driver’s license (Ontario)Driving Record: Clean driver’s abstract with no major infractionsBackground Check: Clean criminal background checkWork Authorization: Legally authorized to work in CanadaAvailability: Able to commit to a full‑time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime based on business needsSkills & AttributesHigh proficiency in English (written and verbal)Familiarity with vehicle features commonly sold in CanadaPrevious data entry experience with high accuracy (Google Docs, Sheets)Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced production environmentKnowledge of common car brands in the Canadian marketAbility to operate various vehicles (manual and automatic is a plus)Professional appearance and work ethicEffective interpersonal communication skillsWhy you’ll love it at ClutchAutonomy & ownership – opportunity to influence production workflowCompetitive hourly wageOpportunities for overtime payHealth & dental benefitsGrowth potential and training within the Production departmentEmployment TypeExisting, Permanent Full-TimeCompensation & BenefitsWage: $18.00 per hourBenefits: Health & dental coveragePay decisions reflect objective criteria: skills, performance, market benchmarking, responsibilities, and working conditionsClutch is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where all individuals have an opportunity to succeed.
