Reviewing andverifying invoices and purchase requests to ensure accuracy. Preparing,loading, and delivering a wide variety of Italian Centre Shop products toclients within the city and surrounding areas as requested. After delivery,go over the order with the client and double-check it against the invoice. Establishing andmaintaining outstanding relations with customers. Engaging withcustomers, answering questions, and promoting products and services enhancesloyalty, sales, and profits. Assisting in theloading and unloading of products from trucks in a safe manner. Processing transactionsaccurately and efficiently by reviewing the packing and delivery slips andinvoices. Picking, packing,sealing, and labelling products to ensure they are ready for shipment. Deliveringhigh-quality products to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner. Promoting apositive company image by actively engaging with employees, customers,suppliers, and the community. Filling out logsas directed by the manager. Ensuring a log iskept of all returns, including the reason for the return (wrong product,unaware of price, etc.), and reporting returns to the manager daily. Being aware ofand following basic inventory and waste guidelines. Adhering toshipping and receiving policies and procedures. Loading andunloading products from trucks. Receivingmerchandise and ensuring the shipment content matches invoices and orders. Picking, packing,sealing, and labelling products to prepare them for shipping. Stocking shelveswith received shipments, using the appropriate sorting and organization systemand equipment. Moving productsaround a warehouse using a pallet jack. Workingcollaboratively as a team and assisting other teams when required. Maintaining aclean and organized working environment. Building palletsand picking orders. Representing ICSboth in and out of the store. Adhering to allfood safety protocols, standard operating procedures, health and safetypolicies, and other programs and initiatives. Otherduties as required. Physicalrequirements Longperiods of standing, walking, and sitting. Frequentmotions include bending, twisting, squatting, pushing, pulling, and reaching. Manualand repetitive tasks. Required to lift up to 22.5 kg (50 lbs) on a regular basis. Qualifications HighSchool or GED from an accredited school system or program is preferred A minimum of two-year experience in a warehouse role A minimum of two-year experience in a customer focused role  Skillsand Abilities Excellentlistening skills and communication skills, both verbally and written. Abilityto work under pressure while always maintaining a professional image. Workingas a partner and/or team member with little direct supervision. Havinga well-balanced concern for both tasks and people. Havinga genuine concern for the needs of customers. Familiaritywith local streets, neighborhoods, and routes. Working Conditions Requiredto work a variety of shifts, including mornings, days, holidays and occasional weekends. Requiredat times to work with challenging customers and/or situations.
