We're on a mission to continue to create highly efficient and stunningly beautiful fireplaces.JOB SUMMARY:In this dynamic, faced-paced environment, the Bill of Materials Coordinator is responsible for all Bills of Materials and working closely with the Engineering, Product Management, and Production Teams to ensure our products are being constructed in an organized and timely matter.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Set up and maintain all parts in inventory masterfile, including part #, description, category, class, replenishment system, materials, drawings, etcSet up and maintain bills of materials for all manufactured/assembled parts, including routings, standard production/assembly times, drawings, etcDetermine and maintain standard costs for all partsDetermine country of origin for all parts and CUSMA qualification for all manufactured/assembled partsIssue and track Engineering Change Notices (ECN) for all changes to all partsWork closely with Product Engineers regarding all parts and all bills of materials, including materials, drawings, routings, etc Work closely with Product Managers regarding cost estimates for new partsWork closely with CNC Programmers and Production Planners regarding operations, ECNs, etcWork closely with Production Supervisors and Plant Manager regarding materials, standard production/assembly times, ECNs, etcWork closely with external auditors regarding standard costsAttend daily production meetingsPrepare various monthly inventory and cost of sales reportingAssist with analyzing inventory levels to support achievement of working capital targetsOther related work duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS & SPECIFICATIONS:Abilities/Skills/KnowledgeGood knowledge of BOM systemsGood knowledge of manufacturing processesGood knowledge of standard costingAble to work in both an office and manufacturing environmentGood organizational skills/ability to prioritizeGood computer skills particularly with ExcelGood verbal and written communications skills in EnglishEducation/TrainingPost Secondary diploma required in Engineering or BusinessExperienceMinimum 3-5 years experience required in manufacturing environment or related industryExperience with Epicor advantageousWHY WORK AT REGENCY?The salary being offered for this position is $60,400-$75,500 per year.
