A leading distributor of commercial food service equipment is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented After-Sales Customer Support representative. This role is ideal for a conscientious problem-solver who enjoys providing exceptional customer service and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be the primary point of contact for managing incoming technical service requests, parts orders, and warranty claims, ensuring customers receive timely and effective support. Enjoy a friendly atmosphere and the satisfaction of making a real difference in our customer's experience.Responsibilities-Manage incoming technical service requests, parts orders, and warranty claims.-Provide exceptional customer service to end-users and service contractors.-Troubleshoot equipment issues, utilizing technical manuals and collaborating with manufacturers.-Process walk-in parts orders efficiently and accurately.Qualifications-Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (French is a plus).-Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or gas systems is highly beneficial.-Basic understanding of logistics and warehousing.-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).-Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment.-Previous Counter Sales is an assetSummaryThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company and make an immediate impact.
