**Position Objective**
- Meet and greet customers professionally and courteously.
- Follow the documented dealership sales process.
- Maintain a high level of customer service as measured by Ford’s customer viewpoint.
- Ensure their presentation meets the customer sales expectations as set out by Ford.
- Attend to incoming sales calls.
- Maintain a high level of production knowledge through ongoing PTS training, meetings, Ford certification and self-study.
- Log all prospects with the sales managers in the desking office.
- Review prospect list at the beginning of each shift.
- Follow-up all prospects within a reasonable amount of time.
- Maintains a high level of personal appearance consistent with the standards set by the dealership.
- Reports to management of any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare or integrity of the dealership, its personnel or customers.
- Adheres to company policies with respect to safety rules and regulations and ensures government legislated safety practices are followed, such as WHIMIS training.
- Contact all customers that have taken delivery of a vehicle within a reasonable amount of time to ensure they are completely satisfied.
- Complete all documentation and paperwork as required.
- Assist in vehicles lock-up each evening after shift.
- Assist in vehicle relocation and snow removal as requested.
- Other duties as required.
**Qualifications**
- OMVIC license or registered to write OMVIC exam.
- 2+ years of automotive sales experience.
- Experience with PBS an asset.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends and developments.
- Positive and approachable attitude.
Ability to earn $100,000 + per year
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
