Under the responsibility of the Warehouse Team Leader, the Assistant Team Leader actively participates in the daily operations of the warehouse as well as certain aspects related to product quality control, while respecting health and safety rules. safety. Qualifications: High school diploma ; Relevant warehouse experience, preferably in a perishable goods environment; Experience in the floral industry (an asset). Skills and Competencies Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with tight deadlines; Good computer skills (Microsoft Office); Valid forklift license (an asset); Valid driver's license (an asset); Good knowledge of French and functional English; Ability to work in a refrigerated environment for extended periods. Schedule: Full-time position, Monday to Friday, day shift with flexibility to meet operational needs. This may include evenings and weekends. Increased availability during peak periods (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.), including weekends (mandatory).
