Run what runs the world This Position reports to: Gestionnaire en approvisionnement et log As a Warehouse Operations Manager, you will lead and optimize all warehouse activities, ensuring efficient storage, inventory control, and shipping operations. You will manage budgets, implement Lean practices, and foster a safe, compliant, and collaborative work environment. This position is on-site, 5 days per week. Key Responsibilities Propose and manage the annual warehouse budget, ensuring cost control and taking corrective actions when necessary. Plan and optimize warehouse space utilization and inventory accuracy. Oversee the receipt, storage, picking, and shipping of goods, maintaining up-to-date inventory control systems. Implement Lean practices to continuously improve operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations. Lead and develop warehouse teams, ensuring adequate staffing and skills development. Promote collaboration across departments and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Drive health, safety, and environmental (HSE) initiatives for continuous improvement. Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management, ideally in a manufacturing environment. At least 5 years of proven experience managing personnel, preferably in a unionized setting. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and Lean methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. University degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field. Why ABB?
