This isn't’t deep engineering work, but candidates should have a baseline familiarity to:2. Visually inspect PCBs for damage or defects3. Perform basic functional or continuity checks where applicable4. Ensure received goods match purchase orders and are in acceptable condition5. Prepare, package, and ship medical imaging devices and parts to customers and service providers6. Receive, inspect, and record incoming deliveries, ensuring they match purchase orders7. Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system8. Organize and manage warehouse space, including labeling, storage, and stock rotation9. Coordinate with logistics providers and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery10. Ensure shipments meet handling, labeling, and regulatory requirements11. Support production by retrieving parts and restocking inventory as needed12. Work with engineering and customer service teams on RMAs and service exchangesQualifications1. 4+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory-related roles2. Experience in a regulated environment (medical devices, electronics, or manufacturing preferred)3. Familiarity with freight carriers, packaging standards, and shipping documentation4. Comfortable using ERP systems, inventory tools, and shipping platforms5. Physically able to lift and handle boxes and equipment6. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skillsNice to Have1. Experience with international shipping and customs processes2.
