Except YOU.Reporting to the Warehouse General Manager, the Area Manager, is responsible for the performance of both warehouse and delivery teams in our Langford and Nanaimo locations. The position will be based out of Langford with travel to Nanaimo. The successful candidate would be an ambassador for our “Safety First” culture, while providing high quality training to all new/current hires, creating relationships across all departments, and upkeeping a high level of customer service. The Area Manager will also demonstrate effective leadership by being a strong mentor, caring for others, Integrity in daily activities, Authenticity to peers, Determination to drive culture and Improvements.
