Hospitality is in our DNA.WHAT YOU’LL DO: Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service Manage, train, and develop front-of-house teams, providing ongoing support and feedback Monitor inventory levels and place orders in coordination with the culinary team Handle financial reporting, including cost control, labor management, and budget tracking Foster a positive and professional work environment, promoting teamwork and clear communication across all departments Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high-quality guest experiences Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment Ensure that Banda culture of fun, warmth, and authenticity is consistently upheld QUALIFICATIONS:  Minimum 5 years in restaurant management, with experience in high-volume settings Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house processes, inventory management, and financial reporting Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and managing a successful team WSET II or equivalent wine knowledge is an asset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills A passion for Italian food and hospitality – you love the industry and are excited to share that passion with guests and the team Ability to motivate and lead a team with positivity and efficiency Excellent communication and organizational skills A hands-on, problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: $70, - $80, per year, based on experience + gratuities Daily staff meal  Extended health benefits program Staff recognition and milestone program Generous staff dining discounts Ongoing professional development and opportunities for advancement AVAILABILITY:  Five shifts per week Must be available weekends (Saturday and Sunday) We are excited to meet individuals who share our love for Italian hospitality and are ready to grow with us Requirements: Work Permit
