This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.Location Hybrid – 3 days on-site required In-person interview required Responsibilities Design and architect comprehensive Salesforce solutions tailored to client needs. Serve as the subject matter expert with Salesforce architecture Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Oversee the development, configuration, and deployment of Salesforce applications and features. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in development. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the implementation process. Stay updated with Salesforce releases and updates to continuously enhance platform capabilities. Salesforce certified Application and System Architect preferred. Extensive experience in architecting solution using Salesforce OmniStudio. Excellent knowledge of building scalable integrations using Integration Procedures, building custom UX using OmniScripts & Data Raptors. Extensive background in designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce HealthCloud applications, including understanding of FHIR data integrations, data privacy and security, consent management. Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or in a similar role Proven expertise in Azure, OmniScripts, Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integrations Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Salesforce Architect Certification or similar qualifications are preferred Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field Benefits Extended Healthcare Plan (Medical, Disability, Dental & Vision) Group Life - AD&D - Critical Illness Insurance Work From Home - Flexible hours
