Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement Salesforce solutions with a focus on Field Service Lightning (FSL). • Define architecture standards, best practices, and integration strategies. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. • Oversee configuration, customization, and integration with third-party systems. • Conduct code and design reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators. • Ensure system scalability, security, and performance optimization. • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend new features or improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 7–10 years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem. • Strong experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementation and configuration. • In-depth understanding of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. • Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations. • Strong knowledge of data modeling, security, and integration patterns. • Salesforce Architect and/or Consultant certifications preferred (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, FSL Consultant). • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
