Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong expertise in Field Service Lightning (FSL) to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions that align with business needs. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of Salesforce architecture, hands-on experience with multiple Salesforce clouds, and the ability to guide development teams in delivering scalable and efficient solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement Salesforce solutions with a focus on Field Service Lightning (FSL). • Define architecture standards, best practices, and integration strategies. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. • Oversee configuration, customization, and integration with third-party systems. • Conduct code and design reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators. • Ensure system scalability, security, and performance optimization. • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend new features or improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 7–10 years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem. • Strong experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementation and configuration. • In-depth understanding of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. • Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations. • Strong knowledge of data modeling, security, and integration patterns. • Salesforce Architect and/or Consultant certifications preferred (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, FSL Consultant). • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
