You will also conduct ongoing refresher training for existing employees to ensure continuous development and adherence to safety protocols.Additional duties involve auditing employee performance, generating reports and recommendations, ensuring proper training documentation, and maintaining compliance with all safety regulations. You will actively seek opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and improve safety performance.In addition to your training duties, you will take the lead in communication strategies to raise awareness and promote understanding of work processes.
