Responsible for exercising adherence to: credit and matrix authorizations, system rules, and corporate policies to ensure the accurate completion of responsibilities while meeting customer expected turnaround-timing commitments. Find out more about how you can unleash your full potential at DLL Day to Day Manage Third Party Bill & Collect relationships – Responsible for the following: Providing Partner specific monthly invoicing and reporting. Managing the monthly Discrepancy Reports provided by the Partners, completing adjustments as necessary. Managing day-to-day requests from our Partners. Liaising with Partners/Key Contacts regarding their Third-Party Portfolio. Providing buyout and payout invoices. Managing and resolving administrative issues and delinquency items. Managing float applications, payment applications, create refunds packages, and termination preparation. Operational and Cash Audits Responsible for the completion of Third-Party Audits as outlined in the DLL policies and procedures. Manage reconciliation, billing and collecting of all Retail Subsidy programs including the collection and follow up on outstanding payments. Reporting Responsible for the timely and accurate creation of various reports: Monthly Aging Reports – Third Party and subsidy relationships Manage related Unapplied Suspense and Disposition Suspense report items. Creation of all Third Party reports for the various GBU’s. Master Third Party Billing spreadsheet. Cost Per Use vendor remittance Income and renewal sharing Managing all audits as it relates to Third Party relationships Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of all Finance Related reconciliations and updates on a monthly basis General: Develop and maintain a positive consultative relationship with internal customers as it relates to key system requirements and processes. Accountable for achieving daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s and SLA’s. Ongoing procedure review and update, including updating procedures, training manuals, and reports. Responsible for ensuring that proper records are kept and that policies and procedures are followed, as well as, ensuring all internal controls are adhered too. As part of the team, the Portfolio Specialist, will also be called upon from time to complete other administration responsibilities to ensure effective workload for the entire team and as deemed necessary and assigned by manager. Support the implementation of IT projects, which includes but not limited to the creation of: test cases, execution of test cases, creation/amendment of procedures/training material, and training of users. Essentials Having worked in a Finance or Operations function with leasing or financing industry experience considered an asset. Proficient in MS – Word & Outlook, with strong excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, formulas). Strong Financial skills (e.g. exposure to debit/credit entries/GL management) are needed to be successful in this role. Strong attention to detail and excellent keying data entry skills. Good to Know Desired Primary Work Location: Burlington, ON Applicable Pay Range $52,323 - $78,484 DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification. This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies.
