THE ROLE We are looking for a Support Analyst to join the Temenos Product Support team. The Support Analyst will support the Temenos (LMS Product) Loan/Account Origination Module. The ideal candidate would have a blend between knowledge of Fintech (Banking/Credit Union) along with some basic technical knowledge. This role will work closely with other members of the Customer Support team to provide swift, efficient and consistent resolutions for customers. OPPORTUNITIESYou will be responsible to ensure that the customer receives an adequate level of service with each concern or request.You will provide customer support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium.You will answer product and process related questions posed by customer through an internal case management system.You will track and maintain constant communication with the customer from the beginning to the end of any established case, issue, or concern.You will be responsible for maintaining positive and loyal relationship between Temenos and its customers.SKILLSYou should have prior experience in Support, Implementation or as Business AnalystYou should have prior experience as System Admin or working in a Loan Officer capacity.You should have experience in a customer service or sales support required.You should have strong written and verbal communication skills.You should be proficient in Microsoft (Teams, Word) VALUESCare about transforming the Banking landscape.Commit to being part of an exciting culture and product evolving within the financial industry.Collaborate with Senior Leaders within the Sales organization.Challenge yourself to be ambitious and achieve your individual as well as the company target SOME OF OUR BENEFITS include:Maternity leave: Transition back with 3 days per week in the first month and 4 days per week in the second monthCivil Partnership: 1 week of paid leave if you're getting married.
