Job Description: The Customer Service Administrator’s primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional customer experience while completing administrative tasks. The Customer Service Administrator works with all team members in achieving the repair facilities' KPIs.  Key Job Responsibilities Ensures consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) planProvides positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phoneManage the confirmation and reservation of all rental vehicles & towing requestsWhen required communicate updates with Customers & Insurance claims personnel When required manage all arrangements for towing as well as costing against the Repair OrderEnsure all assignments have been followed up and appointments confirmed with customersReconcile each Repair Order prior to closingMonitor and manage Store’s Accounts ReceivableActively apply new knowledge from continuous learning, ensuring a high level of work quality that contributes to operational excellence and a positive NPS.Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the JobHighschool Diploma or equivalentA minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a similar customer service roleRequired Knowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesCommunicate effectively, both verbally and in writingEnthusiastic and friendly demeanor Strong knowledge of Google platform and Microsoft OfficeStrong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracyAbility to multitask and effectively manage a fast paced environment  Other Requirements Travel, physical requirements, etc.Valid driver’s license required Please note, this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
