Bird is a place where you will unlock your potential and achieve your goals.Student Proposal CoordinatorWhat You’ll Be Working On  Our internships and Co-ops are designed to provide you with a business relevant project that will allow you to independently manage your own area of responsibility, while receiving support from an assigned Supervisor and Technical Mentor. We’ll help you discover your strengths and development areas in a challenging, fun, and supportive work environment. Projects are scoped in alignment with your term length and typically focus on a current construction project. We are seeking a student to join us for a 4-8 month co-op position starting in May 2026. This position will be based out of Mississauga head office 5 days a week – this is not a remote or partially-remote opportunity. Responsibilities:Organize and manage proposal-related files for easy retrieval and referenceWork closely with subject matter experts to incorporate technical details into proposalsCommunicate effectively with team members for smooth collaboration during proposal developmentConduct thorough proofreading and editing for error-free proposalsAssist in developing templates and standard content to streamline future proposal processesCollaborate with various internal departments for proposal information gatheringAssist in creating and formatting proposal documents to meet organizational standardsCoordinate the review process, ensuring timely stakeholder feedbackConduct market research for relevant proposal content.Analyze client requirements, tailoring proposals to meet specific needsStay informed about industry trends for enhanced proposal competitivenessMaintain a comprehensive, accurate database of proposal contentThis job description outlines the general nature and level of work performed by the Proposal Student. It is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities and duties required for the role, and it may vary depending on assignment.
