Hiring Requirements: The Financial Analyst, Supply Chain plays a critical role in supporting the financial performance and strategic decision-making of our supply chain operations. Reporting to the Finance Sr. Manager, Supply Chain, this role is responsible for delivering insightful financial analysis, accurate forecasting, and robust reporting to drive operational efficiency and cost optimization. The ideal candidate will partner closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance, support new initiatives, and enhance financial acumen across the supply chain organization. This role requires a proactive, analytical thinker with a strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Consolidate and review weekly and monthly results, performing root cause variance analysis versus budget, prior year, and other benchmarks as required. Communicate business results to Supply Chain and Finance leaders. Work closely with various stakeholders providing analysis on product costs, new projects, continuous. improvement initiatives and capital investments. Lead the annual budget process for the Supply Chain team. Accountable for development, production and optimization of information databases and standard reports. Reviews classifications of expenses for accuracy and appropriateness. Assists with forecasting and analytics. Train and develop Supply Chain team’s financial acumen. Leverage previous experience and learn to optimize current reporting, daily tasks, etc. Other Ad-hoc financial / business reporting as required. Experience & Education: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate clearly with a variety of audiences. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high paced work environment. Must be a proactive, team player who has the ability to work with limited supervision. University or College degree in Accounting / Finance / Business. CPA designation or enrollment in CPA Certification Program considered an asset.
