Benefits•Named one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits• Annual performance bonus and company discounts• Career development• Supportive, team-focused culture• Continuous growth and internal promotion opportunitiesAbout the Role• Supervise Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable• Complete journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, FX• Ensure accurate and timely month-end close• Review billing, credit approvals, collections, cash application• Oversee invoice processing, 3-way match, vendor statements, payment runs• Maintain GL accuracy and support audits, tax schedules, and reporting• Assist with cash flow, banking, payment schedules, and controls• Improve processes and ensure strong internal controlsWhat You Bring• 5+ years accounting experience (AP/AR/GL/month-end)• Experience leading or supervising accounting staff• Strong Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)• Knowledge of GAAP, reconciliations, and internal controls• Experience with accounting systems (Sage 300, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.)• CPA or CPA-in-progress is an assetIf you’re an organized, detail-focused Accounting Supervisor, Senior Accountant, or Accounting Manager with strong full-cycle accounting, team oversight, GL, month-end close, and reconciliation experience, this role is a perfect fit for you.
