Operate and maintain field service trucks and assigned equipment per maintenance programs. Supervise apprentices and ensure compliance with quality, health, and safety standards. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers. Adhere to PCP Product Line standards and reliability-centered maintenance procedures. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset utilization, reduce cost of service delivery, and boost team productivity. Participate in failure investigations and assist with cost-saving and repair optimization projects.
