**Role and Responsibilities**
- Monitor and communicate daily to the operations and maintenance teams, the current condition and threats of Mill equipment and Mill systems to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate, and solve problems in a timely manner.
- Lead initiatives within the reliability strategy and improvement targets to reach objectives in key result areas.
- Collaborate with Reliability Engineers and Production day teams to improve overall equipment effectiveness by recommending changes to practices, standards and mill equipment.
- Maintain and enhance the performance of on-line vibration systems, manual vibration systems, ODR, decision support, oil analysis and lubrication systems.
- Control costs within the approved predictive and preventative maintenance budget.
- Initiate and participate in Incident Investigation, Management of Change (MOC), Problem Solving Decision Making (PSDM), and Capital budgeting processes.
- Create and maintain positive and effective working relationships within the team, as well as provide coaching and mentoring in supporting the process of building self-directed, high performing work teams.
- Additional duties as required.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Journey-person Industrial Mechanic, Machinist, Mechanical Engineering Technologist, or Mechanical Engineer.
- Vibration analysis technician level 2 or similar Engineering training would be considered an asset.
- Experience with root cause failure analysis process.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as decision making skills, and leadership qualities including team building skills.
- Experience working with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Avantis is considered an asset.

- Compensation is based on experience, qualifications and competency with a starting hourly rate of** $61.46**, plus a **5%** Average Regular Premium (ARP). You will also start with **three weeks** (120 hours) of annual vacation, prorated based on your start date
