We are looking for a full-time Territory Sales Manager to join our Hercules team in Mississauga, ON. Our ideal candidate will represent Hercules with a strong positive attitude and be a champion for growth both inside and outside the branch, providing a solutions-based approach to their work; all in an effort to ensure optimal client satisfaction, and drive growth, from both new customers and an existing customer base.We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes:Competitive salary (ranging from $50,000 to $80,000, depending on experience)Eligible to participate in Territory Sales Commission PlanGenerous RRSP matching program 5% (after one year)Full health and dental benefits (shared costs)Great schedule-Monday to Friday 8-5Personal & Professional Development OpportunitiesFun & engaging working environmentFree parkingKey AccountabilitiesAssisting in developing and executing an annual business (sales) plan to achieve sales targetsPlans, prepares and executes face to face sales calls with specific sales objectivesDetermines customer needs and how Hercules products/services will provide a solutionManage customer relationships, information, business opportunitiesEffectively balance time between customer facing and branch-based activityReports sales situations to team members for the purpose of building additional sales approaches and strategiesConducts effective customer prospecting and sets contact sales objectivesRequirementsCollege diploma/University degree in a related field and/or a combination of education and work experience requiredPrior industrial sales experience preferredAccount Management experienceEnergetic and enthusiastic attitudeStrong computer skills with an aptitude to learning new technologyStrong organizational and time management skillsAble to provide references who will attest to your proven track recordThis position generally works Monday to Friday but the ability to travel and work on occasional evenings & weekends is essential.Please note: Successful candidates will be required to pass a criminal background check; drivers abstract and reference checks as a condition of employment.The Hercules Group of Companies is a national leader in industrial lifting, rigging, material handling, and safety solutions, proudly supporting critical industries across Canada.
