The Opportunity Are you a strategic team leader with experience in medical education? We are hiring a Manager, Undergraduate Medical Education (UGME) & Educational Design to join TMU’s School of Medicine Reporting to the Senior Director, Clinical Education this role leads, manages, and administers the UGME and Educational Design portfolio, overseeing program planning, curriculum design and delivery, quality assurance, continuous improvement and ensuring alignment with accreditation standards and institutional priorities. The Manager also oversees program operations, staffing, budgeting, and performance metrics to support learner success and program sustainability.In collaboration with the Senior Director, Clinical Education; Associate Dean, UGME; and the Director, Quality and Standards, the Manager ensures compliance with all accreditation standards, elements and processes of the Committee on Accreditation of Canadian Medical Schools (CACMS) and TMU Institutional Quality Assurance Process (IQAP) requirements. This role leads the strategic design and continuous improvement of medical education curricula, ensuring alignment with accreditation standards, institutional priorities, and emerging best practices.
