About the work environment:
Peoples Group offers a flexible and hybrid work environment. In this role you will work a combination of in-office and remotely from home; 2-3 days a week in office. Typically, you'll be working regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm with flexibility around start & end times.
We are hiring for this position out of our Toronto or Vancouver office. Successful candidates who apply outside of these areas will be expected to relocate and reside in a location that is within a commutable distance.
About you :
You are a seasoned talent acquisition specialist with experience in the financial services space, seeking your next role in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You excel at building relationships and use your significant network to hire superstars for roles across all functions. You are organized with a strong attention to detail.
About the qualifications:
5+ years of comprehensive talent acquisition experience spanning various functions and seniority levels Highly self-motivated and disciplined, with a strong work ethic and the ability to excel both independently and collaboratively within a team Proven expertise in managing multiple projects and requisitions simultaneously while effectively prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment Skilled in fostering relationships, building trust, and positively influencing the recruitment process Experience developing and maintaining a robust talent pipeline for essential roles and proactively connecting with passive candidates. Holds a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities Previous experience recruiting for Technology roles would be considered an asset Deeply committed to supporting people leaders to cultivate an engaged, diverse, and inclusive workplace cultureAbout the day-to-day:
Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment process including gathering requirements from the hiring managers/partners, drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers/partners and managing the offer process Act as a strategic talent partner with hiring managers to ensure business needs are met Build and foster relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience Develop and execute proactive talent acquisition strategies, leveraging industry networks and employing advanced sourcing techniques such as Boolean searches, LinkedIn, and referrals.Compensation:
Peoples Group is pleased to offer employees a competitive annual salary plus a discretionary profit share opportunity. In addition, we are pleased to offer employees both group benefits and the option to participate in our RRSP matching program, beginning the first day of employment. Salary for this position will vary between $90,000 to $100,000 per year depending on the knowledge, skills, abilities and experience that the chosen candidate possesses. As part of our recruiting process, shortlisted candidates will be asked their salary expectations for this position.
