Job ID: Date posted: 20/06/ Who you are You have about 1 years work experience in a high-volume logistics or retail environment where you dealt with replenishment and receiving (distribution center experience is a strong asset but not necessary) You have proven leadership experience of at least 1 year where you directly led a team You are a natural leader. You are comfortable managing, coaching and developing a dynamic team, and always have succession planning in mind Youve worked with material handling equipment many times before (and hold all appropriate certifications and licenses) You are computer savvy and generally comfortable with technology (and can easily learn new software and systems) You have a solid understanding of budget, costs and KPIs, and how to use KPIs to plan, follow up and steer the business You are willing and able to work very early in the morning (before the store opens) You are totally cool working in a physically demanding, fast-paced, work environment A day in your life with us Coaching, managing, mentoring and onboarding new and existing team members to ensure that they succeed with us.
