**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized **Dispatcher Team Leader** to oversee our dispatch operations and guide our team of dispatchers to success. This role is critical in ensuring optimized routes, efficient communication, and timely deliveries across Canada. You will lead and mentor the dispatch team, coordinate logistics strategy, and work closely with drivers, clients, and internal teams to uphold our high standards of service.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and lead the dispatcher team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Coordinate and manage daily transportation schedules, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and third-party logistics (3PL) partners to resolve issues and relay updates.
- Monitor and analyze logistics data to improve route efficiency and dispatch performance.
- Oversee the use of transportation management systems (TMS) and ensure team adherence to operational protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, shipment schedules, and client communications.
- Handle escalated inquiries and ensure a professional and responsive communication standard across the team.
- Collaborate with operations and supply chain departments to address delivery challenges and improve service.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Proven experience in dispatch, transportation coordination, or logistics, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong communication skills — verbal and written — to effectively lead a team and interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficient in transportation management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong data analysis skills to identify trends and make process improvements.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Typing speed and accuracy for efficient data entry.
- Familiarity with 3PL operations and supply chain processes is preferred.
- Experience in using phone systems with a high level of professionalism.

**Languages**
- Korean (preferred)

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
