You will contribute to the design and implementation of innovative marketing strategies, help drive product launch projects, and conduct in‑depth brand performance analyses.You will be based at our head office in downtown Montréal.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Brand Manager to develop marketing strategies that meet brand growth objectives.Identify and analyze market trends to uncover new brand development opportunities.Lead new product launches or renovations, ensuring each launch is well‑executed and successful.Guarantee effective coordination and implementation of marketing projects within allocated timelines and budgets.Participate in the planning and execution of advertising campaigns and marketing initiatives.Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials.Work with external agencies to develop creative and engaging marketing content.Conduct competitive intelligence to stay informed of market dynamics and emerging trends.Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, operations, finance) to ensure alignment and smooth execution of marketing projects.Contribute to the creation of communication and marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, and digital content.Essential RequirementsDegree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.Approximately 5 to 7 years of marketing experience, ideally in FMCG or the food industry. Experience in the yogurt category is an asset.Expertise in brand management and strategic marketing, with strong data analysis skills.Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and strong analytical skills using tools such as Nielsen, Tableau, Google Analytics.Knowledge of the Canadian market and consumer behavior.Bilingual (daily communications with various internal and external stakeholders in English).Why Join Us?Flexibility and balance: We understand life’s realities.
