Job Title: Cloud DevOps Engineer Location: Toronto, Ontario Duration: 6 Months Exp Required: Job Description: Proficiency in deploying, managing, and scaling containerized applications using Cloud Build. Design and manage containerized applications using Docker. Maintain Docker images and manage versions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and software engineers, to integrate AI solutions into existing products and services. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, integrating automated testing and deployment procedures to accelerate software delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in utilizing GCP's storage services like Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Bigtable, and Big Query for storing and processing data at scale. Familiarity with GCP's serverless offerings like Cloud Functions and Cloud Run for building and deploying event-driven and scalable applications. Experience in configuring IAM roles and permissions on GCP, ensuring proper access control across various services and resources. Good experience in infrastructure as code using Terraform to automate the provisioning, configuration, and management of cloud resources on GCP. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with service mesh technologies like Istio for managing microservices communication, traffic routing, and load balancing within Kubernetes clusters. Hands-on experience in deploying and managing workloads on GCP, including familiarity with GKE for Kubernetes orchestration. Ability to automate infrastructure provisioning and management tasks using Terraform, creating reusable modules and templates to streamline deployment processes and improve operational efficiency. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Deploy, manage, and scale containerized applications using Cloud Build. Design and manage containerized applications using Docker, maintaining Docker images and managing versions.
