You'll review invoices, verify details, and process payments with accuracy and care, keeping everything aligned with company policies and deadlines. You'll communicate directly with vendors and internal teams to resolve questions, reconcile accounts, and support timely payment cycles. When challenges arise, you'll troubleshoot with confidence and maintain organized records that ensure audit readiness. Every day, your initiative, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset will help keep our business running smoothly and our partners supported.QualificationsBilingual in English/French required1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related accounting roleAccounting or Accounts Payable diploma, or equivalent work experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)Experience with ERP systems such as Great Plains or Concur is an assetStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsCommitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and continuous improvementWho We AreAt First Onsite, the work you do every day makes a real impact.
