Job summaryThe Regional Director – Ottawa is responsible forthe overall leadership, growth, and performance of ABS’s Ottawa office. This role combines business development, operational oversight, team leadership, and client relationship management, with a strong hands-on presence in the local market.As ABS continues to expand its footprint in Ontario, the Regional Director will play a key entrepreneurial role, establishing the firm as a trusted engineering and environmental consulting partner in the National Capital Region and Eastern Ontario. The position requires a leader who understands the Ontario consulting market, can develop a sustainable pipeline of work, and can translate corporate strategy into local execution and results.
