The incumbent will use a holistic approach grounded in development and lifecycle theory and practice, designed to effectively address intersecting needs supporting student success. Leveraging the Humber Learning Outcomes (HLOs) framework and supporting the Employability Skills Hub, they will guide the IGS learner as they develop the skills and competencies for success in Canada. The incumbent coordinates all aspects of the mentorship program for all semester students. The incumbent coaches and prepares students through career development and preparation for the labour market through one-on-one advising; job search training; workshops and seminars; CIE course, external marketing to employers; internal and community liaison; and ongoing labour market research.
