We are currently hiring for a Water Heater install Manager Full-time - Permanent Salary70-75K [Benefits + RRSP Matching + 2 weeks vacation]*Hourly paid role, OT after 44 hours Shift Time Mon-Fri 8AM-4:30PM – on call once every 4 weeks for evenings and weekends (Remotely, answering emergency calls and booking service) Location Brampton, ONImportant Notes Fully on site position * KEYS TO FILLING: • 3-5 Years of Current Water Heater Install Management, Supervisor, or Team Lead Experience (Attitude and drive is more important than years of experience) ? will be overseeing 5 Water Install Teams (Teams of 2, 10 people total) • Ideal candidate will have water heater installation experience and hold their G1 or G2 Gas Technician License, although they will not be doing installs themselves, it . OR have had it previously and it has since expired, • Computer Literate – use dos-based programs and ERP systems, want someone that can adapt easily – they will train on all software • Personality fit here – someone very customer centric, and positive/motivating for the team. • Valid Drivers License The Water Heater Install Manager is responsible for managing a team of field-based installers delivering high-quality water heater installations. This role has direct responsibility for ensuring the achievement of assigned financial and operational targets. The Manager may also be required to support project-based initiatives within the area, with a focus on cost control and process improvement. The position requires local travel within the district to meet with staff as needed.Accountabilities:• Manage the day-to-day operation of the Water Heater Installation department, ensuring standards and targets for excellence, customer satisfaction, productivity, and cost control (labour, contracts, and resources) are met. This includes the development of personal action plans.• Ensure the installation team generates appropriate levels of sales leads and contract sales to support business growth and profitability.• Forecast and meet manpower requirements in line with business needs, including overseeing the recruitment process.• Identify and resolve day-to-day operational issues impacting installation delivery by working with internal and external partners (e.g., sales teams, administrative teams, suppliers).• Create and manage installation schedules, including overtime hours, to meet customer and business requirements.• As a member of the management team, contribute to the development and profitability of the business within the district.• Ensure quality control processes are followed and that all work complies with current codes, gas safety regulations, and industry standards.Qualifications:• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience• Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service• Proven sales leadership experience• Strong knowledge of company policies and procedures• Solid technical and computer skills• Excellent communication skills• Strong organizational skills• Exceptional analytical skills• Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines, productivity goals, and financial targets• Proven ability to motivate and focus staff to meet or exceed district targets• Excellent knowledge of the HVAC industry• Valid driver’s licenseIf you have the above experience and are interested please forward resume to Jaylene
