This is a fully onsite, permanent opportunity ideal for someone with strong coordination skills and experience in service-based environments.Position OverviewIn this role, you will provide administrative, dispatch, and customer service support related to water heater installations, exchanges, and returns. You will be a key point of contact for technicians, customers, and internal teams, ensuring schedules, documentation, and communication are handled accurately and efficiently.Compensation & SchedulePay Rate: $23/hourBenefits: Comprehensive benefits, RRSP matching, and 2 weeks’ vacation upon permanent hireSchedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMLocation: Brampton (fully onsite role)Occasional Saturdays may be required for coverageKey Qualifications2–3 years of recent experience in Customer Service, Dispatch, or CoordinationExperience in HVAC, utilities, or a service-based industry is highly preferredStrong computer skills with Word, Excel, and OutlookCRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) is considered an assetExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to professionally de-escalate frustrated or irate customersHigh attention to detail with strong data entry accuracyQuick learner who can adapt in a high-volume, time-sensitive environmentComfortable supporting dispatch operations and handling multiple prioritiesKey ResponsibilitiesProvide ongoing administrative and clerical support to daily operationsAct as primary phone support for customers and techniciansSchedule and dispatch water heater installations and exchangesCoordinate water heater returns, including paperwork, scheduling, and follow-upsOrganize and maintain installer schedules, including vacation/time-off coordination and workload forecastingContact customers to confirm exchange details such as tank size, venting, and electrical requirementsSupport dispatch coverage during peak demand or staff absencesAssist with follow-up cases and issuing service opportunitiesPerform general office duties including filing, copying, and correspondence as requiredProvide additional administrative support as assignedDisclaimer: This is currently for an active job opportunity.
